Additional Response Code and Status Code for EPP

Scott,

To support the pending update/create feature, we would like to see the
following be added to the EPP spec:

(1) A new response code for "Command completed successfully; action
pending";

(2) A "pendingVerification" status for the host and contact object mappings;

(3) A "pendingUpdate" status for the domain, host and contact object
mappings;

(4) Clarification on pending update that: The requesting registrar MUST wait
for a pending update to be completed before issuing another update on the
same object;

(5) Clarification on notification after pending update is completed.
