I don't think we decided anything, as an interm meeting can't decide. I
believe we recomended that Global Unique handles would be a Good Thing(tm)
for the protocol to support.

we discussed ways that the current proposals could shorten the amount of
data transfered by establishing context oriented data in the session
establishment phase of protocol negoation.

I hope the chairs will announce these soon, with well defined objectives.
