BWI is Baltimore/Washington International. If you use the airport
designation "WAS" for WashingtonDC, you get three airports - Dulles, BWI,
and National/Reagan. Others may find that some routes are much cheaper to
one of the three than the others. In particular, BWI is a main airport for
Southwest and as a result (of competition) generally has lower fares within
the US than Dulles.

For those overseas, Southwest flies only within the US and has no
international (to us) partners.
