Terminology - key storage might evoke memories of key escrow.  (Remember
the clipper!)  I do think we want to define requirements of key publication
(perhaps this is "storage in DNS").

I do have a strawman idea of what documents we might like to produce, but
I'd like to refrain until the list is more widely announced.  (We've argued
this point so long in DNSworld, what's a week or two more.  And I find that
post-meeting depression is overcome more quickly if we time the general
discussions just right...)

IMHO that is...
