Subject: "registrant" in domain-1.0.xsd

Hi,

whereas "registrant" is defined as

      <element name="registrant" type="eppcom:clIDType"
       minOccurs="0"/>

in both createType and chgType (for updates), it is defined as

      <element name="registrant" type="domain:contactType"
       minOccurs="0"/>

in infDataType. Even though the "type" part of contactType is not required,
wouldn't it for consistency be better to have it as eppcom:clIDType in
infDataType as well? This will stop anyone from putting anything in the
type-part of the field...
