Then what is the point of registrating a nameserver for a ccTLD in the
first place ? Why is registrating nessecary in the current system if you
cannot change them, and don't need them for a glue record ?
Is it because becuase the system was simply invented like this, and let's
not take into account that some people may have ccTLD nameservers ?
