James, Thank you for the clarification, your earlier mention of resellers had me confused, I now understand you to mean arbitrary 3rd-parties, authentication by arbitrary means, access modality acquisition/delegation/revocation by arbitrary means, data not restricted to dns data, registry not restricted to dns, with scaling properties equal to or better than those used for routing. Let me know if I missed anything, its quite possible. Eric
