Abstract discussion is OK since it helps provide focus, but we do have two
immediate tasks at hand:

1. Completion of the charter (which has been "last called" by Ed), and
2. Completion of the requirements.

We haven't really started talking about EPP or any other protocol specifics
yet, and that's fine -- without agreed-to requirements it doesn't make much
sense to start looking at protocol proposals.

I got the impression that the discussion is still on a more abstract level
than your requirements document or your EPP documents, so I didn't do that.
But I can take a look at it once again.
