As a postmaster, I receive ~5 bounces / day for mail that aren't
delivered, since our ISP can't delegate (or even insert) information
about our IP in the in-addr.arpa tree.  So it's certainly an issue for
mail too.

Oh, and there's the nslookup issue too. :-)
