KEY -> DS utility

Hi,

Great, all this movement towards DS records.  I've always felt that they
are more useful as they are reasonably verifiable, unlike a whole KEY.

For those who want it, here's a simple standalone tool to translate a KEY
on stdin into a DS on stdout.  Just copy/paste the KEY lines from dig and
you will receive the hex code and some of the other information surrounding
it.

Miek wrote a similar thing in Perl BTW, using Olaf's Perl module, but it's
not up to me to distribute it ;-)
