Hello,

Just want to ask about domain name creation process in RRP.
For example registrar on behalf of registrant want to create:
domain: foo.tld
ns: ns1.foo.tld
ns: ns2.foo.tld

Then registrar have to make 4 actions ? Am I right ?
Create foo.tld with 0 ns associated (because ns1.foo.tld and ns2.foo.tld are
not registered and can't be registered without foo.tld)
Create ns1.foo.tld
Create ns2.foo.tld
Update foo.tld with registered name servers ns1 and ns2 ?
