hmmm.  this is a case of administering entries within the domain name's 
leaf node, rather than administering the registry's entry pointing to that 
leaf node.

It is, of course, an entirely reasonable service to offer, but it also can 
easily be viewed as a separate activity from basic domain name "registration".

Given that there are a variety of additional uses and venues being 
contemplated for the protocol, perhaps this query raises an easy second 
venue to explore... once the current one is completed.
