For purposes of privacy filtering it is my sense that for each set of information that pertains to an identifiable person that we need at least a clearly tagged item that indicates the country in which that person resides. That will make it a lot easier to build privacy filters. Similarly, the entire collection of data ought to be tagged with an item that indicates the country in which the database from which the report is being made can be found. --karl--
