TTL's would be the same as they are now, which means they'd have to be reduced one TTL in advance of a renumbering event. btw, i'm seeing a moderate amount (hundreds of packets per second to a /23) of icmp from all of the companies (some white hat, some black hat) probing my network for security problems. traffic in and of itself is not a worry, is it?
