DNSSEC key maintenance tools
(Sorry for possible duplicates, my message to dnssec@isi.edu seemed to not have made it) Dear Vet-DS testers, (and others that may be interested) On www.ripe.net/DISI/IETF55 are some tools I am working on. The tools and the documentation are not finished yet but because of next week's workshop I've decided to send them to this list. I'd appreciate it if you would like to act as alpha tester during the workshop and give me feedback on the interface and usability. The tools consists out of a interface to a key database and a signer. The signer uses the key database directly during zone signing. You do not have to bother with including keysets and trying to recall what your keyset signing key and your zone signing key was. Even your SOA serial will be updated. Please do not distribute as the tools are not finished yet (e.g. documentation is not fully consistent, the applications are not taint safe yet). Let me know if you have installation problems, if the documentation is unclear or if you find blatant bugs. --Olaf PS. Did I put all the disclaimers in and told you this is ongoing work? :-) PS2. www.ripe.net/disi/IETF55 is a temporary page, please do not make external links to this page. --------------------------------------------| Olaf M.
