As noted by Johan, preferably just the few days before the IETF but not including the Sunday (IEPG).
My testing expectations resemble Eds. I'd like to focus on the operational issues that DS intends to solve and would like to walk away with (ideas for) tools that would make life simple for the 'common' DNS administrator.
I am intending to be there.
