November dates (fwd)

In the impromptu lunch mtg, there was interest in a more open workshop 
prior to the IETF in November. Possible dates are:

	Mon 11nov - Sat 16nov

with a venue in the IETF hotel.  Possible participants are folk from:
RIR's, MIL, GOV, COM/NET/ORG, JP,DE,NL,SE, (?), as well as some others.

Please respond to me about the dates aand testing expectations.

	Ok folks, it looks like the general drift is to hold 
	a loose workshop the three days before IETF, specifically
	
	14-16 November (Thursday-Saturday)

	We ought to be able to do some testing prior to then,
	if only in isolated environments.
