My impression is that the "week before IETF" was meant as a window of 
opportunity, not a suggested duration.  It looks more like 2 or 3 
days, later in the week seems to be the consensus of precincts 
reporting so far ;).

My impression is that the purpose of this workshop is to try 
different key management procedures (rollovers) as well as a "yet 
another" general DS code shakeout.  (I don't mean to be so cavalier 
about the latter remark, but it looks that way.)
