Please note I-D cutoff dates:
13 October: Date by which Secretariat wants warning about impending WG
-00 documents from WG chairs. That means you should warn
me and Dave about impending WG -00 docs -before- the 13th.
For the calendar-challenged: yes, that's next Monday.
20 October: Cutoff for -00 I-Ds, 13:00 UTC (09:00 -0400).
27 October: Cutoff for all I-Ds, 14:00 UTC (09:00 -0500).
