Containers

During the meeting at Minneapolis it became apparent that no one in the
room, including the editors of the document, continues to support the
document.  The question before the list is, should work on the containers
draft continue AND are the interested parties willing to take on the
editorship responsibilities?

Unless someone speaks up positively, the draft will be removed as a WG item
sometime before the next IETF meeting.
