Scott, I stuck it (an extension) in there (ACCESS element) for extensibility. At the moment I can't think of any extensions to the access-values, and I'm open to alternatives. There is a typo in the ABNF, the final <ACCESS> lacks a "/", and I've just about got the package policy {access, statement {purpose, recipient, retention}, expiry} ready to send to the list. Eric
