The XRP Spec
has been submitted to the I-D editor. The XRP draft should be showing up on the IETF archive shortly. Until it does, it is available via anonymous ftp from nic-naa.net [24.95.12.91], and via http from here: http://world.std.com/~iipc/draft-brunner-xrp-00.txt
