No - I think there are more serious problems to be concerned with.

Other thoughts:
     I don't think that the value of data elements (such as a domain
     name) impact the chance that a document can be clearly used by
     multiple, independent implementation parties to produce interoperable
     code.

     I would encourage the use of the example domains in the ID-nits document,
     but label it as an unenforced suggestion.
