secure nl.nl registry

Hi,

I've been busy building a secure nl.nl registry. This is now
somewhat finished, the most important things can be done
automaticly, like:

*) applying for a secure .nl.nl domain
*) getting your key signed by .nl.nl
*) doing a keyrollver

It is all email forms based. Documentation can be found on
http://secnl.nlnetlabs.nl
The howto's at the bottom of the page explain how one can 
use the registry.

Also the entire backend of the registry is also automated.
More documentation will be added in the near future.
