        If the DNS servers of some 2nd level domain are all running on
        Windows 2000 (which unfortunately will happen) and the zone
        has been integrated with Active Directory (which will happen,
        too) the servers will not have identical SOA RRs.

        The differences I have noticed are:
 
        - the MNAME contains the name of the server which answered to
          the query
        
        - in most cases the servers will return different serial
          numbers
