likely only because of lack of clue about this aspect of the problem.
other then udp size problems, i am not sure what other aspects of aaaa
and a6 sould worry me.  but bill seemed worried.  and if bill is even the
tensiest concerned, then i would probably be terrified if i understood
the issue.  :-)

sorry to be so boring here.  but it is because we don't clearly and
crisply understand what needs to be tested, that we do not understand
what a test plan would be, and thus we can not judge any dangers it might
pose so we can try to protect against them.
