Since the IESG last call there has been some discussion concerning the draft. The authors of the draft believe that all technical concerns have been addressed. A hum was taken at the WG meeting to proceed. Is there anyone on the list who has any technical objection to the draft? If so, please say so now. If not the draft will proceed. Ray
