Folks, The author and I think it is time to push draft-ietf-dnsop-root-opreq-02.txt forward, and I hereby issue a working group last call. I suggest requesting from IESG to publish it as a BCP. If you have any final comments, let's hear them before December 16. Best regards, /Liman
